The Client
Feather & Black has been inspiring people to create beautiful bedrooms for the last 15 years. Originally The Iron Bed Company, they changed their name in September 2004 to show just how far they've come.

Through its online channels, and over 30 stores nationwide - the Feather & Black brand has become synonymouse with sumptuous beds and beautiful, long lasting quality bedroom furniture.

The Objective
Illusion Media were tasked to not only deliver a compelling user journey, but also to provide a website which reflected Feather & Black's signature style and heritage.

As well as the overall look & feel, a key requirement was to deliver a solution which enabled full control of the website content and e-commerce functionality by Feather & Black's in-house team.

The Solution
With a remit of enhancing the customer experience, and increasing online conversions - The Imagine CMS was an obvious choice, and by extending the basic framework with a combination of carefully selected add-on modules and bespoke functionality - the end result means that Feather & Black will remain ahead of its competitors.
