This is where users will generally look for this information and it is especially important for brand trust that a user can easily contact you.
Using visual images and multimedia such as video content can attract more users to a page and will make the page more memorable to come back to for existing users. Be aware too much movement can distract a user.
Building a good site architecture is important, 80% of it is usability, keep in mind that when looking at links on a web page users will always read the main left hand column rather than the top links on a page. Remember, if they can't find it in three clicks, they're gone!
